HUMAN RESOURCES CUM ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Objectives:
Responsible for executing recruitment activities, administration duties, payroll data transactions, and statutory contribution and ensure the personal data of staff have been updated. The position will report to country production manager in Indonesia and HR manager Asia Pacific in HK.
Primary responsibilities :
Responsible to follow up HR functions including processing payroll, recruitment, employee orientation, employee welfare and benefits, compensation and disciplines issues.
Ensure timely processing of payroll and accuracy of all payroll data transactions.
Maintain and update of employees records.
Prepare monthly HR reports for management review.
Responsible for daily office administration duties.
Ensure all office equipment and company facilities are well maintained.
Responsible for systematic filing system, safe keeping of private and confidential document.
Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
Knowledge and skill requirements :
Diploma or above (Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administraiton field is prefer).At least 2 years experience in relevant field.
Background knowledge of Indonesian Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, Health Insurance Law is prefer.
Good command of English and Chinese is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Active and self motivated.
Strong coordination skills & customer mindset.
Hard working & good teamwork, Fast learner.
Good communication skills/interpersonal skills.
